Harry Reid was lying about the Koch Brothers "conspiracy" in his recent speech.
Like he lies about a lot of things (Romney's taxes).
The Koch letter was specifically about the lies.
So basically Maddowblog and Pravda are crowing over the Koch Brothers backing away from a position they never held in the first place except in leftist fever dreams.
You didn't pay attention to what the Heritage guy was saying, either. Note that the CR fight and the debt ceiling fight are two separate issues, despite Obama's desperate attempt to smash them into a single political weapon. I suspect you didn't click past Maddow's blog at all.
