Mr. Bush remained on vacation while Katrina threatened the Gulf coast. And, as this most recent report concludes, he wan't paying very close attention. That is in stark contrast to his reacton over the Schiavo debacle where he quit his vacation to deliberately stick his friggin' nose into a private personal family legal dispute.
