Gore et. al. pseudointellectuals cloak their absolutist style pronouncements in pseudoscience. It is well established that the climate is changing - warming. I believe it is also fairly well established that human activities are exacerbating this global warming trend. Rather than deny what's happening, we as a species need to think of clever ways to ameliorate or accomodate to the climate change. Ways that do not plunge global economies into recessions that would prevent the $ for technical innovation and leave a poor America forced to burn easily available untreated coal for the next centuries. We can reduce greenhouse gasses by building nuclear plants or renewable wind plants off windy areas like the Kennedy compound in Cape Cod. But we won't. Those same pseudointellectuals won't allow it.
