Well? We'll be in for some surprises I'm sure when\the v37th LPSC opens next month in League City, Texas.
But about startling findings aboiut comets lately?
Just look at the initial Deep Impact results.
Clays, carbonates, etc.
And its not beyond reason to expect PAH's, and other hydrocarbons, to be found in comets.
And what about exotic substances like "tholin" [One of the late Dr. Sagan's favorite exotic substances]? Can they be found in comets too?
