Further than the blue of the sky

Plus haut que le bleu du ciel us a space documentary I saw last night. It was great. Comments by Chang Diaz, Krikalev, Thiele, Clervoy and Payette.

Franklin says something quite interesting: When you're outside, in the daylight, you see the Earth as a globe and you are on top of it, thinking you're master of the universe, so powerful are the sensations.
In the night side, it's far less secure, you see distant city lights but above all, you see bilions and billions of stars and you feel very small, very weak.
So strong are the powers of light and remoteness in our imagination.
