Sometimes I think liberals have memories like goldfish. I had to listen to all the same talk, in the same rhetoric, of the "imminent theocracy" and "death of freedom" all through eight years of Reagan.
Only big difference between then and now is that now we aren't hearing about how the President is going to start an atomic war any second now.
To be fair, I had to listen to the wingnuts back in 1999 telling us how Clinton was going to rig it so he could get a third term...
