There's plenty of new pictures, but the Exploratorium is seemingly broken at the moment. Still new images via JPL.

I can't recommend Midnight Mars Browser enough (google for it :D )- it polls both sites for new images, and gets them as and when they appear, and can display them in panoramas.

Yup - Pitchers Mound is an odd one all right, but it would seem to contain the same geological unit as Home Plate. The plan has moved from

Do Home Plate - go to the North slope of McCool hill for Winter - then move on..

to

Do Home Plate - go to the North slope of McCool hill for Winter - then go BACK to Home Plate, it's that good :)
