Europe's "Little Ice Age" may have been triggered by the 14th Century Black Death plague, according to a new study.
I have two word peaves in a scientific context. One is the mispronunciation of those processes dealing with the center of an atom. The other is the use of the word dampen when the intended meaning is damp. The former means to make moist while the later means to decrease the amplitude of an oscillation.
