Oh, just one point- it seems Fisk isn't keeping very updated:
We are no longer the occupational authority in Iraq.
Nor are we at present occupational authority of any country or terrority in the world- that I'm aware of. Perhaps someone can correct me in this regard? [little help in this trivia?]
I know the Left just loved it when they could talk about America being an occupational authority of Iraq. But if the Left has any desire to appear less clueless then they are just going to have wait for Bush to invade Syria or somewhere [I know it's sad and bitter, but suck it up].
