No

Some geosynch satellites might have star trackers but really, all you need for most purposes is a simple Earth sensor for alignment. The sensor detects only if the attitude of the satellite is off in pitch or roll so the ACS (attitude control system) can make the necessary corrections. The sensor is very primitive in that it examines only the visible edge of the Earth, not the Earth itself. Yaw control is handled differently, depending on the particular satellite.

There have been a few hybrid communications/environmental monitoring satellites built over the years but nothing I've seen about this particular satellite indicates it has any sensing capability.
