Apollo on food stamps
If we're not going to do Moon, Mars and Beyond right, my fear is that all we're going to wind up with is spectacular new ways to kill astronauts. We'll end up gutting not only NASA science, but human spaceflight as well. If the best we can do is nickel-and-dime it and hope for the best, then we'd better back off and re-consider things.
Maybe it's just not the right time to talk about returning to the moon or heading to Mars.
