As I said before, I am in favor od the Death Penalty
for mega-thieves and their accomplices. My feeling is that anybody who steals $100,000,000 should be hanged to encourage others to at least limit their avarice slightly. This includes crooked defense contractors, etc.
If it were up to me, all of the Enron gang would be hanged. (By "gang", I refer to all of those who knowingly participated in the embezzlement.)
