The prez and his followers set the tone. Neocons don't like debate.

Neocons don't like Islam taught in religion classes. Don't like communism taught as an economic system. Don't like people disagreeing with the President, think THAT is treason, giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

Neocons don't like the Bill of Rights.
