"Captain, Captain!"
I got to meet Shatner over a period of days when he came to Sebring to race. Quite a character, and it was interesting to see/hear the stories of what it's like for him whenever he travels.
I mean, he WAS the "Captain!"
I was a Star Trek fan all through the 70's and never missed an episode. It was a way to unwind and imagine what another world or life was like in the cosmos. Meeting and chatting with him was real trip....and he left saying Sebring was a "magical place"..........
