The only way to heat an ocean is to apply heat from below it via magma. The report indicates you can heat an ocean by increasing the temperature of the air above it slightly. Nonsense! Heat rises, cold drops, that's Science 101. This means the oceans depths are increasing in temperature, not just the surface, if it's being heated from below.
