Are you awaiting the alien invasion on the dark side of the moon too?

As for global warming on numerous postings I've explained the solar variable. If you want to diminish that or discount that, as does James Hansen, then one is at best participating in pseudoscientific speculation. When ANYONE claims to know that humans are causing global warming they are participating in the same pseudoscientific speculation.
I use the word pseudo very carefully, but in the case of global warming and blaming it on man, the word definitely applies. The planet has warmed considerably before man was a factor at all. Discounting this fact, is much like blaming the wet ground when it rains and blaming it on your neighbor who empties his pool once every 6 months. Statistically it is in the same ballpark.
Just because folks repeat something often enough doesn't make it true. The world was flat for millennia.
Worshipping at the liberal altar of politics-driven science simply because one wishes attention, $$$, or parrots in the liberal sector fosters the sort of fanaticism one sees in James Hansen.
Global warming has one primary cause and that's the sun. Thinking man can make a dent outside the sun's influence and variable input is much like Johannes human radioactivity induced warming theory - there really is very little statistical difference.

Glad to see you and Eric share some viewpoints.
