Black Hole Inflation --- Tabulated Data

Calculations with Hawking radiation predict that anything with less than 100,000 trillion proton masses will evaporate in less than the Planck time. In other words it wouldn't exist for a measurable timespan. So black holes can't be created by particle accelerators or by cosmic ray collisions with Earth's atmosphere.

On the opposite scale, a black hole more massive than, say, the asteroid Ceres, hardly radiates anything. It is likely to absorb interstellar protons faster than it emits them, and grow. Eventually it might consume the universe.
