It may not appear there

If memory serves, the NTSC doesn't do accident investigations of military aircraft. Also, the military often doesn't like to publish the results of accident investigations because they might reveal a vulnerability in the planes.

From the initial news reports (which are frequently wrong), it sounds like the plane had engine trouble on takeoff and tried to make an emergency landing but didn't make it. An engine failure on takeoff is very serious because that's when the plane's thrust demands are the highest and the safety margins are the lowest. Low speed, low altitude, heavy weight and a loss of thrust is a dangerous combination in any airplane.

The reports I've heard say that everyone survived the crash but there are injuries.
