Anyone leaking classified info is a CRIME Tom, Right!? Don't you think that this is obviously a far more serious offense than Clinton lying about about a personal sexual indiscretion? What has a greater effect on national security? If there was a Democratically controlled Congress there's no doubt this Bush would be in BIG trouble. After all, it wasn't until republicans took congress in 1994 when all the endless investigations began against Clinton. The end result after 5 years and $75M was that was that he lied under oath about a blow job. You think Bush authorizing the revealing of the name of an undercover CIA agent might be a bit more serious?
