Mainly, they will concentrate on images that show an object moving, but not moving too fast- (such fast moving objects are likely to be human made objects)- however the impression I got was that PAN-STARRS would produce the most detailed sky map ever... It is likely to be a very valuable resource for astronomers, and will supply them with many new things to look at in detail...
