Two More Test Pilots Die From Illness:

One was involved in the infamous collision with the XB-70.
He was also the X-15 backup pilot for Scott Crossfield.
The other pilot had his most (in)famous flight seen by millions
every week in the 1970s at the beginning of The Six Million
Dollar Man (yes, that crash - he got out of it with "only" the
loss of one eye).
