Additionally, Ambien TR is a long acting hypnotic. If Mr. Kennedy has developed a tolerance, or has become dependent and needs a rehab, he might well have an underlying problem that will be addressed inpatient. It sounds like either mood stabilization or antianxiety meds might be indicated.
