750 "signing statements"???
Ya know, this is a dynamite idea, actually. I going to put a signing statement in my wallet opting-out of several parts of the Motor Vehicle Code. If some cop pulls me over for speeding and tries to tell me my signature on my driver's license is my pledge to obey the traffic laws, I'll just whip out my little signing statement and show him where I've exempted myself from the speed limits. Take that, CHP!
Take that, Constitution!
