Our active media is both good and bad.
Bad in the effect that the commercial propagandists do such a good job that people often BELIEVE what they say is true. I found so many people who don't have ANY awarness outside of the pablum they're fed, simply because they don't bother to read or educated themselves in alternative media. Something that isn't sanitized or has the earmark of an "official release".

Also "bad" is the commercialism that seeps into young minds why this beer or that food is good for you, simply because you see the guy walking off happily with a gorgeous girl on his arm.

The other part that is good is we have access to the "news" which has been filtered down by many sources and they all have reached the same conclusion. If you've reached this conclusion too, then it's rewarding to have it parroted back to you. We are able to see what the WORLD is doing and thinking which brings us into mass consciousness a lot quicker.

BTW, I notice this is the third of your posts. nice to see you here. I hope you stay with this goup as we need new ideas AND opinions. We're a nice groups of mutts here. Sometimes we bark, and sometimes we bite but most the time we just chase our tails. But we're still a lot of fun to have around......;~)
