...do humans really think?
Is what passes for thought merely reactions to input?
Is there a break in thinking when no sensory input occurs?
Does the human brain only recombine bits of data to produce thought?
Is a high IQ merely high exposure and recall of sensory input?
Can we think about more than one thing at a time or are we forced to splice trains of thought on disparate topics?
Is creativity merely the ability to recombine existing sensory input?
Are our thought processes limited by the structure of the brain or is the potential of the brain as a conductor of thought mainly untapped?
Do we really want to know the answers to these questions or are we better off not thinking about it? ;-)
