How about Life for Lust?

Blogging never appealed to me, it sounds like too much effort and work, and you not only have to deal with content, but technical issues as well. I hate working with software and computers, I've done it all my life (on and off since 1964) and I'm still not very good at it. I've pretty much had it with high tech. I like science and math, but memorizing rapidly changing symbolic systems is about exciting as learning ancient languages which have no litereature and no modern speakers.

Email, word processors, a dozen programs I use frequently, and some rudimentary Net and search capability: that's all I need or want. And I really miss Fortran. I was really good at it. The only programming I do any more is in Reverse Polish LISP, which is the object-oriented language of the HP 28 and 48 calculators.

I'm enjoying this HabZone activity a great deal, but the novelty will pass soon and you'll start seeing me less and less. But don't worry about me if I disappear for long stretches, I'll be back. I do like it here.
