Funny, but......
what you call an "entitlement" I call a contractual obligation. I have no sympathy for
GM that neglected to fund their consentual agreement for pension funds along the way. I also have none for a government that has made a debtor of my grandson before his first month birthday celebration.
And thank for the brief mention of the budget surplus that existed under the Clinton administration.
