Black Propaganda
This has GOT to be black propaganda.*
*For those of you not familiar with the term, this is information put out by side A in the name of side B and so over the top and outrageous that it discredits side B.
A well known example is when the KGB circulated a forged letter supposedly from the US State Department advising US adoption agencies on how to disguise the fact that they were really harvesting children's organs for transplants in the third world.
