Re-elect New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin Billboards
Over the last few weeks I have seen "Re-elect our Mayor Ray Nagin" Billboards. I have been seeing them all over Houston. Seems kind of weird. Even after a year, we are still feeling the effects of Katrina.
We still have a few Katrina escapee's living in apartments provided by my church, but most have left.
Hurricane season starts in a week.
