Inserting a picture involves citing a URL, for sure. If, for example, you had a Zone album page and you'd emailed me a pic named "img001234.jpg" to upload (kinda kludgy, no self-serve upload yet), it would be stored at this address:

and you'd insert this gibberish into a post to display it:

<img src="http://www.habitablezone.com/album/bowser/img001234.jpg">;

You'll need somewhere to upload your pictures on to the Net in order to display them. There are lots of online photo album around. Tom uses one called PhotoPile, maybe he can give 'em a reference. Whichever service you use will give you an actual URL for your pics.

I can set you up with an album page and storage, of course, but you'd have to give me a way to contact you via email...oh noooo! Seriously, though, remember you posted a message taking me up on my offer of my phone # so you can keep in touch with the Zone? I can't post it online, you'll need to email me for it. Go ahead and use a third-party cutout if you want, but we need to communicate stuff like that privately.
