The ISS went N of me a few minutes earlier, according to your link, this object was 40 min later and south of me. Perhaps I saw a resupply ship maneuvering to rendezvous? Is there any activity from the Russkis?
I've never seen ISS, does it appear to move several times faster than other satellites?
