ROBBIE
Wierd story. My 1st grandaughter was just over a year old. They don't allow TV for kids but her dad was at our house and wanted to see my copy of 'Forbidden Planet' so we watched it with little Margaret watching along. Of course before it got 'sary' we took her away. Anyhow somehow she became completely fixated on Robbie and as a 2 and 3 year old she always says, "Papa, you be Robbie and I'm Altaira".
Then again, my wife has never understood that as a computer engineer why I never built her a household robot. Must be genetic.
