the smaller circle being our normal waking consciousness.
The circle in the middle (with a smaller circle at the top) represents the value of our subconscious, while it is encased in the larger circle which represents to me...our superconscious, of which the circle within that one represents the Higher Self and where we all need to be.

There is an energy that comes down with SOME circles. They are blinding beams of light and the superconscious can feel that energy coming to the planet. At least some psychics can. I think these pictograms are stabilizing the earth's ley lines that have been shifted and I think that our subconscious recognizes something in the symbology.

It could be a terrestial phenomena that the earth produces by human telekinesis. It literally could be a reply from all those probes we have sent out to space advertising who we are....or a communication back from the SETI program, or just random non-threatening communications from an advanced civilization.

This is just a theory of mine when the circles are from a non-physical origin, unlike the footprints and wood boards of the hoaxers.
