Raise the flag and see who salutes it.
Isn't it possible that the sheer number and timing of some of these classified leaks is evidence that at least some of them are deliberate?
This would not be the first administration, Rep or Dem, that has prematurely released information to test public reaction, or even for more sinister motives.
