More than one shuttle launch expert has said it should not go forward. Perhaps you should not be so quick to jump to conclusions that make YOU feel good. I personally hope this is the last shuttle launch. The vehicle is inherently unsafe.
For the record, more than ONE general said we needed more troops invading Iraq. I think the chaos in the aftermath of the invasion proved that true.
