Duck Dude's remarks, or the Facebook rant?

As for myself...I find Duck Dude's remarks as offensive as I find Miley Cyrus' ass delightful, but that is neither here nor there.

This guy has a First Amendment right to say anything he wants. But he has no constitutional right to have a a hit show on cable TV. His ass belongs to A&E.
