Yes -- and very no . . .

Many make the same mistake. At the time that First Amendment was drawn up, America still had a lot of unclaimed territory -- unless you'd like to get into aboriginal spiritualism. You are free to say what you want on your own property, and no place else -- unless you have a permit.

The Duck Dynasty issue is strictly between the TV players, A&E and the Ratings to follow. With Duck Dynasty heading a billion dollar franchise empire, I really don't think any of them are all that worried about. In fact, this scheme -- for that's what it truly is -- might even be a polling test for A&E to determine how far they can push their public. Stating any of the cast members did anything at all that was not toeing the A&E morals-line is to say that A&E has no idea what is being placed on the air in their name.

Cheers.
