Finding a Rigel Kent planet

Hi all

Rigel Kentaurus is of course Alpha Centauri. According Greg Mclaughlin's blog 208 ten hour nights of observing would give enough spectra to spot a planet of 2 Earths in B's habzone.

Anyone have a scope spare?
