I suppose there will inevitably be theories about that he died from subterfuge to keep him quiet. Given the heights he fell from, from the Prez's "Kenny-boy" to the target of even rightwing scorn, it's not hard to accept the physiological toll that the last 4 years must have took on his cardiac muscle. It's a well known response to severe phycological shock and stress and I pity anyone who dies as a result.
