Space/Science » in reply to ISS - Discovery Flyover

Two for two

Just watched another great pass of Discovery and ISS, (this time docked, of course) and VERY bright at the zenith, through a pair of 10x50's.

Near the end of the pass, Discovery/ISS disapeared into a thin cloud bank, low in the ESE. (It's Monsoon season in the desert)

With the binoc's, was able to track it through the cloud until it crossed the terminator.

That's pretty darn bright for in the city, will try to get out to the boonies for tomorrow nights pass.
