And you point out a very relevant point, the circa 1875 London that was the focus for Marx was the focus for Charles Dickens as well. They both made the same points in different ways. Funny how Dickens is lauded and Marx is demonized. Could it be is that some acturally read Dickens? Or, more likely, saw the movie "Oliver."
