The idea of calorie restriction for reducing aging is well proven in every animal group it's been tested on.
How many of those studies had the study participants trying to eat the scientists doing the study?
:)
Just as important is that it seems to also reduce the incidence of life threatening age-related diseases such as cancer and heart disease.
I'd rather try to eat a scientist every now and again...
90 years of living just to get to 90 years old compared to "only" 65 years of living and being full after most meal times.
Tough choice.
Phhhbbbt! I spit barbecue sauce in death's face.
While I don't wanna die as much as the next meat animal, I refuse to fear it. Just like I don't fear the time before I was born.
If I'm wrong, well, dang'd if I could come back and tell ya'll all about it.
