Remember Ambassador Leo Wanta? He says he was ordered to move 4.5 TRILLION US dollars out of the country to destabilze the Russian ruble back during Reagan's reign. And that he was conveniently jailed on truMped up charges but is out on a pass now trying to recoup some of the monies. Although he has managed to get some returned, there is a legal block on the rest of it from the Bush administration for it to remain in Bush's private coffers. Their lawyers are planning a settlement that essentially screws the American public out of trillions of dollars.

Now I always wondered where our paper money went, and I don't trust ANY of the Bush family after their Savings and Loan debacles. These guys are masters of theft from the public treasuries. I read this article and I am disgusted and outraged that this administration now plans to LOOT money owed to our country which we desperately need.
