Maybe they could create a noise cancellation system as they do for jet engines now where they use large high-powered speakers to play anti-engine-noise. The systems analyze the noise given out by the engines and produce the opposite wave forms to cancel it out. Wouldn't it be a trip to be next to cars that made no sound at all?
Either that or the system only cancels out gangster rap music played by these noise bullies in their stupid low riders. If I ever create a new rock band, I think I'll name it "Landmines for Lowriders".
