Well, it seems reasonable.
IF there are 10 or 11 dimensions, or more than 4, then it seems reasonable that each of those dimensions would contribute qualities not available to the others.
So, the 5 dimension would violate laws which might apply to the first 4, the 6th for the first 5, etc.
A guess, but it seems reasonable to me.
