I'm amazed too - 32 pages?? I went straight to the conclusions part, and only skimmed it. Even that gave me a headache, although his comments on mathematical and computational relativists who are a lame on physical intuition, were interesting given my own experiences. This is a field in which even those with the best capacities could still be totally off-beam - who knows? I definitely don't have those 'best capacities', and no feel for a subject in which one can spend years on (as Mitra) puts it, lifeless numerical calculations. Who knows what's really true in this field. Glad I got out of it sooner rather than later.
Here's an article on the guy if you're interested. It's interesting that Einstein himself seemed to discount the physical existence of singularities - however there is clear evidence of non-visible massive gravitational attractors in this and other galaxies, as we know and can see thanks in part to Keck and the work of people like RL.
Let's wait and see, is all I can conclude.
