Interesting Idea for NEO Deflection
Use the concept of David's Stone by placing a 30m asteroid in near Earth orbit within achievable delta V range to smack and destroy the Goliath NEO threat. The old mass driver concept seems effective enough to manover the small rock. Moving a 30m rock over years seems reasonable. Maybe a small fleet of them. Spaceguard.
