I'd prepay a contract to put electrical wiring in the teen section (can you believe it, there is not a plug in that whole place...), as well as booth furnishings. I'd hire professional presenters for programming for every age level for the next five years. I'd weed the non-fiction & replace all the old stuff. I'd buy new shelving, two dozen laptops for kids to use, wall-mounted personal audio stations, new PC games for the inhouse computers with copies to circulate, an art supplies cart for me to use during programs, a new AV cart, and a ton of gift cards for office and art supplies, to use in the years to come. Plus all the books, films, audiobooks and music on the wishlist with BWI...

...and hire an assistant...
