From my Florida perspective........
All I can tell you is that this spring and summer were cooler and later than the past few. The clouds are higher, it's sunnier and the winds are moving nice breezes, even inland. I haven't had an ominous feeling all summer, and I've lived here for 30 years.
It's drier. The ocean temps are cooler.
Doesn't mean it can't change in a month or two.
