My first reaction is "WTF?", and no doubt I'd be moved to rant about how the American and Russian space agencies go on red alert when a spacecraft gets near ISS, and they treat docking like it's the mating of the last two elephants on Earth, and the 1000th spacewalk just as dangerous and difficult as Ed White's first EVA in 1965, and I'm supposed to believe that they'd seriously consider letting some bozo swing a nine iron outside ISS and risk a chip shot into a solar panel, or worse yet, the iron slipping out of a clumsy spacesuit glove and whacking Qvant...

...but after all that, somebody's likely to dig into it and discover that I've wasted my breath responding to an urban legend. So links, please!
